The Outback Roller Drawer, Shake, Rattle & Roll Test
1. Grab Handle Slam Latches - These beautifully engineered lockable Reinforced Nylon Latches are a joy to use and are purpose designed by us to last
a lifetime. Pull to open - Push to close.
2. Roll the drawer out slightly, get a good grip and push/pull the drawer sideways - see absolutely no side to side movement!
3. Slide latch aside and roll Fridge Roller out.
4. Roll fridge roller fully out; look behind fridge roller and see how the anti-rattle side guides stop up against rear bearings.
5.Roll the drawer fully out - see how anti-rattle side guides stop up against rear bearings.
6. Roll drawer in - watch how anti-rattle side guides ensure drawers track true.
Roll drawer all the way in - watch how anti-rattle side guides lock down under top bearings preventing any movement, rattles or wear.
7. Now, grasp drawer like this and shake hard, see - absolutely no side to side or up/down movement.
NOTE: The large internal drawer dimensions
8. Roll fridge roller back in- see and feel how anti-rattle side guides and fridge roller rails lock under top bearings prohibiting any up/ down or side to side movement.
9. Try this! Rest your fingers on top of the drawer, slam it shut and see how you - children or anybody else will avoid unnecessary injury because of our unique safety hand gap. Imagine this with a heavy load and no safety hand gap!
10. To retain drawer in open position use retaining pin to place in hole on side of drawer runner.
11. To retain the Fridge Roller in open position use retaining pin to place in hole on side of Fridge Roller.
