Bolt bearing support frame together using
diagram supplied. All parts clearly labeled and
identified (see insert).
Lift frame into vehicle. Holes in frame correspond
with existing bolt holes. 1. Bolt frame down into these holes Drilling required in some vehicles to comply with ADR42/03. 2. Bolt on floor support brackets.
1. Bolt side fill panels on.
2. Roll the drawers in, bolt Anti-Rattle Side/Guides onto the outside of drawers.
1. Bolt floor pieces down into nuts inserted in top
of bearing frame. 2. Roll Fridge Roller in and bolt Anti-Rattle Side/Guides on.
* N.B. Drilling is necessary in 75/78 Series Landcruiser Troop Carriers, all Dual, Extra & Single Cabs, Cab Chassis Utes and Vans. Pre-drilled holes exist in the support frame cross members, drill 10mm holes through the floor (all clear underneath at these points). Bolt the framework down using bolts, nyloc nuts and weatherproof plates supplied.
